Go crazy with the miming thing. I really can't see it, but what do I know? :dunno:

Tom is not miming of course... Hooky is completely mad! :nonono:

Nice t-shirt, Bernard.

So this is how it's going to be from now on? Thick guitars in every electronic song? With Phil, it'a like Electronic with John Marr.

Yeah. He really needs to tone it down on the verses.

Have they removed the bass sample ?, Tom's not doing backing vocals on the Sydney version, it looks like he's playing the bits that were previously on tape.

Much better, now he IS playing it, rant over.

Personally i thinks this is awesome. Phils guitars bring it to life, it may seem overpowering due to where the person recording it is stood.

This is great, something from Technique at last:thumb:

Agreed but is Phil actually playing keyboards at 2:30 or could he be doing a bit of miming :brow: Also, the bass guitar needs to be a little bit louder :\peek:

I wonder if Barney saying to Tom, "Got that off your chest now?" was somehting to do with the previous attempt feedback :evil4:

That they have brought some technique back into the set make me way happier that it should this morning - thanks!

And, you may remember they WAS guitar in the original version. Just b/c Barney's shunted of playing it to Phil doesn't mean they've changed the song

Ok Here to stay was great here! I was wrong, they made it sound good. Love the here to stay part.

I hope they put out a Aussie concert cd with Here to stay and round and round on it.

That was very different guitsr though and only in the bridge, I've nothing against them adding guitar though, to me NO were always about electronic music with guitar and bass, so I'm happy with that.

very good video.

here to stay sounds good here, and round and round is decent.

1 barney, thanks for not whooping during the song

2 keep dancing more... you've got some inches to lose around the middle...(so do i!)

3 guitars sound good, yes, even the bass

4 good to see gillian getting into it.

5 forgot... great looking new order t-shirt barney!!!

yeah, the security guard looks bored, chewing gum, with his headphones on, looking the other way.. his loss...

these lyrics sound even more threatening now:

if you mess with me, i'll get rid of you!

He told me not to record during Crystal, so I said "ok" and pretended I was clicking the button the whole gig making it look like I was taking photos. Stupid prick, lol. He was real angry looking the entire time.

The guy screaming for "Hurt" is Neil, it's his favourite song. He posts on here but not often. He helped me get back stage, great bloke.

I zoom in on Norbert and his mic in this video:

Exacty, he's playing it now, sounds better. Also, have to say 'here to stay' sounded better than Melbourne.

it would make a great track for a rework in a similar style to 586, c'mon Stuart, get working on it!

That's me!

Very happy they're back and gigging, with Gillian too, but if they guitarified Hurt I'd be very unhappy. Not convinced by latest version of Temptation either. Too slow. Good to see 586 back, but would prefer more electronics in it. Would like Phil to be reigned in a bit.

Maybe I'm just just stuck in the early 80's....

Have to agree HURT is (WAS) awesome, the RFH version is superb!
