I have never threatened to close the auction, if you have proof of this or any other allegation feel free to bring it to light, otherwise honour your bid or face the consequence - no one made you place a bid, why should I withdraw it because a stuck up gobshite australian cant afford to keep his promises. I wasn`t going to, but the email and the negative feedback changed my mind. The outcome should be known in 36hrs.
Good luck. I've just had a neutral feedback from this w....r who has the bottle to criticise me after I left him a neutral one - the Fall video I ordered arrived after a fortnight, and wasn't the ordered item but a poor bootleg copy of a completely different gig !
i had probs with ebay... sent off for bootleg c.d.. the seller would only accept postal orders, i sent it immediately after a week he sent me 2 shitty emails asking where payment was.. he claimed he hadnt recieved it.. i contacted post office with serial no's of postal orders and they said they would check to see if they'd been cashed.. i emailed the seller.. he then emailed me back saying postal orders had just arrived after 2wks!!! what a coincidence!!
I reckon you did the right thing applying to EBay for judgement. A friend and I both buy & sell via EBay - Up until the last couple of weeks I've had only good experiences (all New Order stuff!).
Recently, a French guy bid on a Depeche Mode white label - 5 weeks later, no payment received, though he reckons he sent cash... ...3 weeks ago.

I have friends that ask me to bid on their item to make the prices higher, so I'm seriously not surprised by this.
