LOL. Maybe they couldn't find an artist pic for them, but I don't know if that's the case....most articles/festival sites had used NO's pics, even some of the newer ones.

Politics. Probably they were not sure what picture to use. A picture of the new line-up would piss off those who don't accept NO without Peter Hook; but an old picture would be politically incorrect. Hence this somber cat.
