I went to the Peter Hook book event in NYC last night , so many people showed up, when I went there the line was all the way down the block, they had to turn so many people away wanting to get in. The event was good, peter was in a very good mood talking and telling stories from the book, people had a good time. After the event also got to talk to his wife, she is so beautiful and friendly, after the event Peter took a pictures with everyone and signed everything, I waited for about hour and half before it was my turn but it was worth it, this is the 7th time I met him and he is so nice and kind. What a nice guy,I am surprised I didn’t see Zach there.

Here are some pictures I took, this is the only way I know how to upload them , sorry about that, if it does not load up click on the picture couple of times and it should.

This is Peter signing autographs for people.

Glad you got to meet Hooky, Linus!

I didn't go to the book signing, but I was actually in the neighborhood! I was at Think Coffee at 4th Ave and 12th street, literally one block away from the Strand. That's where I usually to to hang out after I get off work.

I didn't go to the discussion because you either had to buy Hooky's book or pay 20 dollars (or something) and I didn't feel like doing either, though buying Hooky's book would have been preferable to paying the electric bill, which I did do yesterday.

Photos look good!

Well, Linus, did YOU ask the daring questions about the split, The Light and Barney? ;)

Hey I didn't ask him any questions like that because there were so many people there and I didn't want to bother him, but I guess he would have told me the same things that we read in interviews, he did say that Peter Hook and the Light are gonna tour the USA in September.

There appears to be a member of Slayer leaning nonchalantly against the book shelves.

The funny thing is that I known that guy since I met him at NO's concert in 2005 for the WFTSC tour and he is there when ever Peter or Bernard are there, Actually he is a die hard Cure fan he follows them all over the world, on the day of the book signing he talked to Peter wife for half an hour and had all of these pictures of NO back in the days. He know them very well and is always backstage hanging out with them, Peter and Bernard love this guy and he is a real nice guy, he lives in Staten Island NY and is a gas Engineer, he is always gets backstage to hang out with them when ever they come to NYC and he is a loyal fan and will show up any events where any members of NO are.
