i've finished compiling and uploading the PDF. you will probably need a free account from 4shared to get it.

the original scan was done at 600dpi, PNG.

i've reduced it by 50%, and saved it JPG. Increased the contrast, and cropped pages.

there are some skewed pages. it totals 61 pages.

also, if there are missing pages, they were blank originally.

ALL the music is there, and the pictures.
