As much as I love to see New Order near the top of lists such as this one, I don't have too much respect for a list that puts Linkin Park before Joy Division. Hell, why is Linkin Park on there at all?!

Because Lincoln Park, like, is, like, very, like, popular, like......
not only are they on a list with linkin park, but with dave matthews and blink 182...and i just love it how bands that have only been around for a few years (linkin park, please stand up) are suddenly found on a list of best modern rock bands of 'ALL TIME'. this happens, without fail, everytime they do a 'greatest albums of all time' poll as well. tragic.
