Have you folks heard this version yet? Not at all what I expected from Squarepusher...it's actually very, very good and not irritating at all...it would stand up against the Galaxie 500 version of Ceremony and totally makes Frente's BLT sound like a joke. should have been on the Back to Mine....

Well, no. What I said in fact, was that it didn't sound like Squarepusher. By that, I meant a scaffolding accident. It sounds like an indie band like Galaxie 500 trying to do a cover. After listening to it a few times, ol' TJ even gets the lyrics wrong! Unpardonable.
oh! still, i hear a beautiful song that even Barney couldn't get right without a teleprompter...i'm not a huge fan of Squarpusher but this is a great version in my opinion.
Squarepusher is the man... even if his singing is weak, the sound atmosphere is great on his LWTUA, Tom is a master, if only he would find some more middle ground in which us mere mortals could understand what the hell he is doing...
See, I don't agree with that post at all. I don't think he's doing things that us "mere mortals" can't comprehend. I think him and Aphex are taking everyone for a ride and laugh like hell at the chin scratchers who take it so seriously.
do not judge this remix by the other Squarepusher output...this is different than anything else i've heard by him...
it is not a remix by Tom j (Squarepusher)... he played all the parts himself originally , the percussion sound is "lush", whatever "lush" means
