Ah, but which version? Normally I dislike remixes done by other people, but I guess there's no offical Barney mix of "Blue Monday-95", and I've only heard version remixed by Hardfloor.

the Hardfloor mixes are cool German hard acid take on Blue Monday, they tried to stay true to the spirit of the original, above average i think for 90s mixes. i never was all that excited by the wankery Jam & Spoon mixes, but, hey, it must be good, one is on Retro.

prefer the sunkist advert myself.

A total abomination. Absolutely awful. Not even worth the vinyl or digitalised plastic it was pressed on. Enough said.

Yeah, my favorite mix of BM'95 was the Brain mix too. The Jam & Spoon one was a bit of a letdown, and the Hawtin mixes weren't so great either. The Andrea mix was kind of interesting how it slowed it down. The Hardfloor ones and Starwash one were so-so. Definitely can't beat the original BM or even the '88 version for that matter.

I have the Rob Searle 2002 mix. It's okay, not that special, in my opinion. I'm sure you can easily find it on Winmx or some other file swapping service.

I wanna know who the guy speaking the commercial blurb is, he really makes the song reading the ad copy come alive off the page.

i only bought the (canadian) Blue Monday for "Let's Go", but the rest...never heard it more than once.

I like the 1995 version because it embraces techno full on.

I thought Hardfloor mix was good....dunno about those Jam & Spoon mixes, I normally like them for their Eurotrash stuffs...heehee...and also Tokyo Ghetto Pussy....

The Plastikman/Richie Hawtin mix was disappointing....
