I wonder if he´s singing. if he is I didn´t think he had that voice. pretty good. he should sing more often then.

It is Johnny Marr singing. He played that song during the Neil Finn & Friends shows here in Auckland NZ last year. Also did a couple of Smiths songs (with Neil doing a pretty good Mozzer vocal).
now I wonder how electronic would sound with johnny on vocals. seriously I think barney should let him participate more on the next album. it would be nice to listen to a duet. I mean, monaco does it, right? and I think barney and johnny (this does sounds funny, doesn´t it? :D ) sing better than pottsy and hooky (funny again) 
Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think there's gonna be another Electronic album other than a best of. (Hopefully that'll be out soon) Don't get me wrong, it'd be fantastic, but I think it's just NO now. I'd love another Other Two album too.
maybe in a future collaboration, they will. johnny's singing isn't bad, i'm surprised he hasn't sung before earlier.
