I blame Sting for our national crisis

He didn't have anything to do with the terrorists, for sure, but I think it's high time we held him to task for his middling-to-downright-crap solo catalog. He was fine, a bit more tolerable with the Police, but ever since he's done nothing but record so-so albums inbetween bouts of tantric sex. People, I say we rise up and protest his lack of artistic conscience now, while there's still time. We all need to hold Sting accountable for the events of September 11 (though, again, he obviously has no link whatsoever to Osama Bin Laden)!

Before the twin towers had been hit, I was about 60% through a book I have been writing for the last three years. Unfortunately, the opening scene is on top of the Empire State Building looking down onto the panoramic skyline below. I'm not sure whether its right to continue knowing that ultimately, the chances of commercial release have been reduced considerably. I did not expect my hard work to be halted in this way... what a very odd world.

Maybe it has more pathos?

OK, Huntsy, I went to amazon/uk/books and got a list of numerous Richard Dawkins titles; which one is it? Have you forgotten, Huntsy, I'm 12? A slightly precocious 12, perhaps. It's not obvious to me that a book that opens on top of the Empire State Building is now impossible; they haven't hit that one yet. Although I suppose there may now be associations you didn't intend.

The subject matter of the book was based on liberty, freedom of your own mind and everyday constrictions. I think that premise is now shattered, in America, well, anywhere now.

'The Selfish Gene' is the book in question. Cannot recommend this enough P-bird... a real mind expander that makes your toes curl.

Well, Huntsy, I cannot actually remember the last time I read a book. I used to but that was before I discovered the joys of consuming alcoholic beverages while listening to GR and its predecessors.
