How do you save this file onto nyour hard-disk, it would be good to make a video cd out of it.

If only I knew!
I know there is a way, you need the "HyperCam" software (find it on download.com) and capture the screen and everything, for some reason it does not work on my computer.
If anyone manages to do this, I want it!
Oh yeah.. of course I did record the AUDIO into an mp3.. but well, quality is what you heard...
But I want the video feed ;)
I'll stick my TV card back into the system and give it a try and get back to you. Muffy will find a way!
Hypercam is crap! 
I can capture the full audio but the video will only capture at 10 frames per second, which is worse than useless. :\ohwell: Any other ideas welcome.
Oh, then that's a little more difficult ;)
I was able to capture the real audio, but I've never seen a converter to MPEG for instance..
Best way would be to tape it and grab it back I guess, but in full screen it should look aweful in Real Media...
I've now managed to grab the full video at 24 FPS but it won't capture the audio at the same time without crashing the system. I've captured the audio in 16 bit quality seperately so i'll re-install my Adobe Premier software and marry the two together. It's a fiddly business but i'll get there in the end. I'll let you know when it's done and send you a copy if you like.
I don't know about the Video? Try Kazaa.com They let you download Music, movies, videos and software, so if just one person has it, they you can get it.
And I downloaded Transmission from Audio Galaxy in MP3. Just go there and type "New Order Transmission" And there it is. It's 3:47 so you will have to edit out the talking yourself.
Now please someone, put up Player in the league and Sabotage on these MP3 sites.
