Well well well, you know what to do!
I didn't include the dubs or "different version" of the same song, example, Shame of the Nation, because it's State of the Nation with backing vocals, so it's not really a B-Side..
I think Such A Good Thing will win this for some reason, my vote however, I don't know yet.. maybe Best & Marsh?
I included 1963 because even though it was released in 1995, it was at first a b-side, so hence why it's on two polls.
I really shouldn't vote, never heard "Best & Marsh", "Vicious Circle" and "Mesh/Cries and Whispers" (the one not on Substance disc 2)...oh well
But the ones I have heard, I'd have to say "Let's Go '94", ever since I've fallen in love w/ the old demo, this just sounds lame to me.
This is really difficult, as there are some great B-sides !
I'd have to give it to Behind Closed Doors, simply because of the farcically cheesy lyrics.
Probably "Behind Closed Doors". It's a little dull, but I don't hate it. I don't think I hate any New Order songs. :D

Seriously, when I think about it, it can't be worst than Rocking Carol... of course. but RC is not a NO song, am I right? if you consider it as a NO song then we must add sister ray and ode to joy. no doubt any of both songs on the xmas flexi would be the worst. still I can´t understand what they tried to do. I know it was a present but... was it necessary?
took a listen at those christmas songs.
sounds like some amateur made it in their basement with a midi keyboard.
"Such a bad song", on the other hand I really like Behind closed doors, IMO is head and shoulders above SGT and would have done pretty well in the album. Excellent production by Baker, too.
"MTO" for me, doesn't sound like a real song, more like a "cut & paste"-job of unused material by the producer.
"Brutal" is a brilliant track !!!

I agree. MTO is very generic. Some voters should have a listen to it before choosing any actual songs as the worst b-side.
I voted for "Other (specify)". Can't for the life of me remember THAT B-side, but if it's as lame as the title it must be a stinker!
Now seriously, can there be something worse than "Shame of the Nation" (sadly NOT on the poll)?
The worst of all - Such A Good Thing? Why? I have no clue. It perfectly refreshed my impression of New Order last year: it went well with the air of Here To Stay.
I don't really know most of the more recent B sides, so I went for Best & Marsh - whatever one thinks of the recent stuff, at least they represent an effort to write songs, rather than recycling old TV themes.
Toss up between best & marsh and Player in the league. I chose best & marsh since all it ever does is remind me of shopping in a mall. Though, PITL has atrocious lyrics...

Is Xmas? Anything to do with Man Utd gets my vote as I'm a plastic Scouser (that means generic Liverpool supporter)
