I asked the question on Bennys Cobweb Eyes about a live tape from Tolworth, now i thought this gig was from 84 or 85
However i was told it was from 83 (am i gonna get this tape Tim?!!!?)
BUT... looking on the live CD it lists EGG as '85 from Tolworth!
Surely they didnt play at this recreation centre twice in 2 years?!?! 
The booklet has plenty of spelling mistakes, and the bit where steve says "it was like a competition with myself" should have been at the end of the previous section!
My favourite typo is on the bonus CD sleeve where it says:
LET'S G... extract from instrumental used on "Salvation' motion picture sound track
I knew that Barney & co like to drop the occassional 'E' but this is bordering on the ridiculous... 
Don, it is definately from 1983, another error. However, in the booklet third page from the back it confirms the recording date as 12th March 1983.

You might interpret this as an implied reference to the excerpted state of the song on the bonus disc.

Yes correct, i noticed the '83 listing at the back of the booklet after i made the initial post.
It seems the EGG write up in the booklet (page facing the TV on a cardboard box) is incorrect then.
Various online stores have also incorrectly listed it as '85 in their tracklisting.

I get it! How post-modern of them! So if that's the case, then I suppose they should have titled the album edit of The Perfect Kiss something like...
The Prft Ki or Th Prfct Kss - but it looks like primal Scream beat them to the latter...!

You may have to send me an e-mail with a postal address on before I can send you the tape. "Don, London" on the label probably won't get very far !
We all make mistakes.I know i HAVE recently so i aint gonna moan about any on RETRO which i still have not bought due to working ALL the time and hiding from the POLICE.Still...soon be XMAS.Glad i can post again though.How about you?:D:D:D:D:D:D
