If New Order released a single from Retro, what should it be?

I know they would release Blue Monday or True Faith again, but I vote for Turn my way live. They would even have a video for it. It's even a good time for it, Billy just released a new song.

My 3 choises are;

  1. Turn my way live 2. As it is when it was live 3. Lets go

Billy's voice is not terrible on that version...

Why release a live version?

Releasing something, it would be Slow Jam, otherwise, why is it on the "hits" CD? (now labeled Pop)

I know someone on this site won't be happy with this idea :lol:

NO COMMENT. :skeptic:

I think Confusion 2002 would be the most successful. The Electroclash Edit or the Koma and Bones Edit would be club hits for sure with a little radio exposure and a full release.

i was talking about the North American release (jim's canadian) since Retro is already out eveywhere else. I assumed that was the idea but who knows.

you have to admit, it's difficult (but rewarding) being a NewOrder junkie.

Slow Jam would make an excellent single choice. Sales would be so shoddy that London would boot them out, there would be no new album, all kinds of repercussions. Brutal, on the other hand, could do quite well.

I'd rather they didn't release a single at all - but how about Temptation ?!

The Perfect Kiss 12" version, with new remixes by Chemical Brothers, Orbital, Moby and Underworld + Kiss of Death and The Perfect Pit.

Dreams never end. ;)

The 'intermission' on the live disk. 'Intermission' certainly sounds like a JD/NO title.

With several remixes. By Sly and Robbie. And Joe T Vanelli.
