Graeme explained it a few threads ago. It's a collage he did with a nazi poster and the infamous Retro mirrorball. Just a joke, the guy isn't doing an Adolph on us...

I always thought it was just symbology of some of their song titles/lyrics. Especially when I saw the eagle, I thought of that one line in "Thieves Like Us"...and when I saw the disco globe, I thought of Mr. Disco...
