Sad to report that New Order/Joy Division cover merchants, Bis, announced earlier this week, that they are to split.
Worth checking out their Fact2002 EP, which includes versions of ~
LWTUA Hurt Shack Up [ACR] Looking From a Hill Top [Section 25]
Think it was at Finsbury Park where Arthur Baker played their take on LWTUA as part of his set & what a great take it was.
Just when they started to get slightly credible & interesting as well!
I tried so hard to get hold of the said EP just after Finsbury, but could not find it anywhere. For starters the places that did used to stock it only did the 12" anyway.
Any ideas Johnny G where I might be able to order it off the internet?

Ebay!! only ever seen this available in vinyl. Even the Bis website didn't stock it.
Not a bad band. I saw them on Beniçassim 99' and Eurodisco was great. How is their LWTUA cover?
I saw the bird from Bis just last week at a free booze jolly for Beat 106FM. And she was lookin' mighty fine let me tell ya!
Back in my student days, I was seeing em live playing in a pub in Selly Oak (Brum). After they'd finished Manda-Rin came charging thorugh a door and smacked in to my arm.
I've never heard before such a sexy Scottish accent "Say sorry"! Fine women! Nice personalities! 
By the way LWTUA (BIS version) has a great electro/techno edge with "The Beach" style vocoder voice sound. Tops!
I was lucky enough to catch these dudes at Leicester Princess Charlotte early on in their career. Pretty sure I've got some of the really early 7 inch EPs lying around in a cardboard box somewhere.

AH! The infamous Fact2002 EP - it's on the Glasgow label OSCARR run by the guys who do the Optimo club night.
If you go to www.biwire.co.uk - an online store run by some of my friends (spam - I'm sorry) you may be lucky enough to get the last few copies.
The record is now FULLY deleted from the OSCARR back cat'.

have been lying low for awhile, due to various things.
the Fact2002 EP was indeed only ever released on 12".
i personally don't care for the cover of "Hurt," but everything else is quite good, with their cover of "Love Will Tear Us Apart" being best of all.
Amanda is still doing stuff with her husband as "The Kitchen." they've put out one 7" on their own as well as a few split 7"s with other people. all three members of the band also are doing DJ-type stuff, and Amanda had been doing work as a presenter from time to time for Beat 106.
they'll all continue making music, or so they've said.
