I'm talking about the moody picture of Bernard, Hooky and Steve all in black on the bridge that goes with the news article about the Warchild album. Who's that on the buggy approaching them from behind? Is it Gillian shouting "Can I be in this one? Oh go on?" They were looking so cool and then it all fell apart. Has to be the funniest NO photo I can remember. Good for a caption competition ?

reckon it's Tony Wilson on his electric scooter trying to get his ugly face in there.

This looks like the new bridge that spans the River Irwell linking Salford with Manchester near the Lowry Hotel which is the only 5 Star hotel in the area (and its in Salford!) The boys were acting as human shields that day to prevent the further Manchesterisation of Salford when they came under attack from a cunningly disguised Sinclair C5. Their cool demeanour was shattered moments after the photo was taken when they fucked off back to the hotel for further melonballs. Salford Rules huh!

I'm in favor of the one featuring Barney in an Elvis costume for "the standard" whenever a New Order-related news item appears :thumb:

I always reckoned it was Hokky's mate twinny.

Basically, he bashed his foot up a coupla years ago & went round everywhere on a little quad bike. Pretty neat.

Could be him. :\ohwell:

Ditto! This seems to be much more appropriate.
