60 MPH has just been played on Radio One by Mark and Lard and it sounded fucking awesome. They declared it as the best New Order song for years... classic New Order.

Released in the UK November 12th.

(as I say, 60MPH a better choice than Someone Like Buster Klumpy.... I think that's what I've been saying)

Wasn't this due October 22nd?

Probably means we won't get 'Here To Stay' before Xmas then?!

Well Jarvo, I made sure I heard the final seconds of the song as I knew Mark and Lard would state its release date (they do try the best for the Order don't they).

Nov. 12th for deffs.

Aherm... that's quite far away from the date Crystal was released (August ??? Something...). Since when a record company allows a three-month gap between the release of two singles to promote an album? Wow...

In any case, it seems to be a reliable source, so I will update our "Upcoming Events" database accordingly.

As for Here To Stay, I've never heard anyone from New Order mention that it could get released before Christmas. They all mentionned "Early 2002".

Wow... does that mean I'm a reliable source? because quite frankly I thought I fitted into the category 'useless turd'?

There's hope for me yet... and for my menagerie of many bewildering animals.

Yeah, but just to test your reliability, I just e-mailed Warner/London Records about it! :D

New Order 2012...the "we can't really remember the words" tour

Barney hanging on to a walker instead of a guitar, Hooky in a wheel chair, Gillian falling alseep on the keyboards, and Stephen just sitting behind the drums while the drum machine does the work.

I can see it now.....

WAAAAA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAA.....!!!!!!!!!!. I've definitely GOT to find a way of sending you my satirical spoof story on New Order now.....I'm sure you'll find it hilarious, if I may say so myself and not sound like a self-obsessed saddo jerk-off.

This is the refuge for self-obsessed saddo bastards, I believe. Most all the websites I visit are full of us. We are not alone......

Yeah, I'd love to read your story, Martin

Yes, I believe they've decided to re-write the book on this one and start again: first CD will feature a special exclusive Craig David vocal mix; the second CD will feature DJ Pied Piper and a whole host of UK Garage remixers, including So Solid Crew. This is a blatant attempt to get the damned record to hit the top five of the charts, so if this doesn't work, then nothing will. Happy now?
