A New Order Online Tribute to NO/JD

june 21st was just an idea because of the change of season and that. but we may change it. no problem at all. what i wanted to say is that the project better be finished sooner than later because these things usually starts with a lot of energy and then the interest begins to decrease. besides, a limit date makes you start to work as soon as possible. other way people use to sleep because "there´s still time to do it". trust me, my experience says it´s better with a finish line. and that could be any date in time that not exceeds 4 months from now. other way the project will have no end because everyone will forget about its existence.

Maybe we should give people most of the summer to work on their songs, I know some people that would like to participate but they are in college and needs to focus on that at the moment.

But I do think we need some deadline. Maybe the first one should a deadline for all who want to participate to reply to this project. Want to say a week from today? April 23. Partcipants just need to say they want to do a cover and tell us what song they intend to cover.

Nic, could be advertise this on the front page?

You can even do a little montage pic if you want...

say what you do best and offer your services. we´ll need designers for sleeves, CD and the flash file with winners info. if you´re a writer you could write some "tribute" lines. if you´re a singer only you could contact a musician only member to work together and viceversa. just offer the things you´re good at and participate.
