"We were very pleased when we won the BPI award for the 'True Faith' video, but awards don't mean bloody anything really. They're something nice to stick on your mantelpiece, but that one was buggered when we got it anyway. It had one prong off, New Order was spelled wrong and they'd got the title of the record down as 'True Face'. It was a complete farce-they didn't even know we were there. Everybody else was in little boxes and we were put with the punters, and we didn't know what to do"

I have that one, too! Minus the cover, wich I used as a poster. That was 1990, so it's long gone (oh, those wild days at university )... but I remember the pic had Barney in a beige polo neck and Gillian with a flowery shirt/dress. Am I right?

Very good memory indeed! Not the best photo of the band by a long shot, but I find that I keep coming back to it for a look. Side lighting from the band's right keeps parts of their left sides in the dark (maybe that's why Barney was wearing those glasses!) but Gillian is the focus of that photo, with her hair flowing in front of her blouse, and poor Stephen looks like he's trying to sneak into the shot.

I have loads but should really scan them in.I kept them all in the original MAGS and as you can appreciate i could not move here at PLANET ROCKET for these.I thought WHY THE HELL did you keep em you fool..I really should get out more or get another job and girlfriend.Mind you last night was a cracker!

During the WORLD CUP ,REVENGE released another single,PINEAPPLE FACE.Maybe everyone was watching the football,but whatever they were doing no one took any notice of this one,and it failed to chart(of most interest to the collectors are the cassette and US PROMO CD singles.)
