Blue Monday mix CD (rest of NO bonus)

once upon a time I bought "the rest of new order", the first coupla thousand Uk releases had a free cd of blue monday remixes. while most of them were cack beyond compare ("fruntum fruntum diggadaa diggdaaa" euro trance crap most of em), some where good. there was one in particular that i adored, it was a sort of dub regae mix, really intresting. Now at the time I was doing radio and was playin a New Order and an Orb track on every show ( got the idea from john peel's obsessive playing of The Fall). And my BM mix Cd got half-inched by some pissy little technics-jockey one friday night. I can neither find the album anywhere (even the mighty ebay) or even find out the name of the dubby mix. Can anyone tell me what the mix is, or where I can find the album, or, even better, can anyone mail me an mp3 of the mix?

I must agree that this is a COOL mix.Wish they had done other FULL CD mixes of various tracks as bonus CDs though!

right there with you spotty...BM 88 is CRAP...those extra samples are so cheesy..

The '95 Hardfloor Mix absolutely killed, even though it was a bit long. I've never heard the radio edit but I'm confident it'd rock. I loved the new vocal take, the original vocals just turned me off completely (I heard the '88 version first).

Maybe the ragga-ish mix was the PLASTIKMAN mix done by Richie Hawtin.....

really wish my own collection was still up to the standard it was 10 years ago, then I might be in a position to give a bit back to the family. I'll just have to make an extra special efforts on the tracks I'm doing for thr tribute.

That arrived this morning, you are a genuine star. Love that Andrea mix, truly awesome, and the Hawtin mix is pretty cool too. Most of the rest of them are pretty foul though. Most NO mixers "get" NO and it shows, but there an awful lot of E-powered euro-club noise on there masking itself as BM.
