I heard this great great song, which sounded exactly like New Order. Deep pumping bass, significant nervecutting guitar, smooth synth and a voice just like him... The chorus was something like - "What Do You Want from Me" Anybody knows the whereabout of this song?
Is this song made by New Order?

It's "What do you want from me" by Monaco. Monaco is, or was, David Potts on guitar and vocals and... Peter-Hook-from-New-Order on bass and vocals! So there you have it!
Welcome to the madhouse, by the way!
"Monaco" Peter Hooks bit on the side! after the relative flop of his first solo effort "Revenge" he gave it another and much more successful go with the notable single "WDYWFM" being a relative hit peaking at number 11 in 97 from the album "Music for pleasure"
You still hear this track on the radio today occasionally, and as backing music for various tv/cable programmes as well. :)
It was the same thing here in Brazil in 1997.Bad informed fans thought it was by New Order.
Reasons :
1.Potts voice is quite similar to barney 2.hooky bass is unconfused.
Confession; I thought (on first listen) this song 'was' New Order and the singing 'was' Bernard.
Mind, even on first listen I wondered why the music wasn't as meaty as New Order.
All was revealed when the band was declared as Malt Loaf.

You're not the only one Huntsman... I sure tought it was him.
Even Barney himself said it if I remember right...
"What Do You Want From me?" was one of the first songs I downloaded off Kazaa, when I was going on a NO-downloading spree last summer, and it was labelled as "Ruined In A Day" by New Order. Believed it too :(.
