What's the deal with the song As You Said? I've listened to it a number of times and always wondered what exactly it was. Sounds like the guys just messing around with their synths (pretty unsuccessfully, I might add) like a kid playing with a new toy on Christmas day. Was this the first JD song to use synths?

It's a great little "what the hell?" piece of music. I always thought, if I were to host my own college radio show, that would be perfect for the intro.... (now I just gotta get to a real college with a radio station!)

It's an early sample of Barneys, hookys and Stevies love towards the machine sounds... I think it's a pretty good effort to be that old. Clearly originally just "piss of" kind of piece. Would love to have that Komakino flex-disc... One of my friend have it.. and notice that we live in f*kin Finland which just could be the worst "middle of the nowhere" in music business...
