I got the inspiration for this listening to run wild in my car so I'll start with:

"I'm gonna live, till I die I'm gonna live, to get high."

When you are alone at night You search yourself for all the things that you believe are right If you give it all away You throw away your only chance to be here today Then a fight breaks out on your street You lose another broken heart in a land of meat My friend he took his final breath Now I know the perfect kiss is the kiss of death

Love is in the air that supports the eagle?

And all Jesus reference in Run Wild, I believe this is the only New Order song talking about religion.. (except Flicker from Electronic!)

Sorry but this is a Brilliant lyric....perfect for those days when you are either:

  1. so fu**ed up you dont know where you are or what your are doing

  2. So hung over you dont remember the night before and are confused about where you are now

  3. Fighting with your woman about either 1 or 2 above....

I love this lyric....

I wonder if the beer, rather than the sea, was making Barney sick? Perhaps he threw up into the ocean.. :barf:

when i was a very small boy, very small boys talked to me.

i like barney's lyrics a lot, actually - particularly how malleable they are to various "states of mind." Bryan
