24 Hour Party People Question

In DVD 2 Hooky's interview he talks something about New Order in Brazil,Happy Mondays and Tina.Did anyone understand what he said at 26min 18seg ?

My DVD is out on loan at the minute so I can't check for sure, but I think the story was something along the lines that the Mondays album was licenced to two different labels in Brazil, so they got twice the money.

he says tina from factory licesened a happy mondays album to two different record labels,so the album came out on 2 record labels on the same day,meaning they'd get twice as a much money.he says it's a very factory moment.

Yeah, unfortunately the North American release didn't have nearly the extra's the UK version has which is a 2DVD set.

I feel totally cheated seeing as most people who bought the DVD in the US and Canada were New Order fans who would have wanted all the extra's!

The extras arent that good on disc 2. the from the factory floor drags on a bit, but a few good stories told by hooky. But why Miranda Sawyer again? the saville gallery is boring. i love the extras on disc one though.

i have a spare copy of the uk dvd with the hmv special edition sleeve i got for someone in america who then changed their mind if anyone would like it not for free, natch! (don't worry chant - it's not yours which is being posted to you on monday!)

Don't complain! The portuguese edition has NO extras!
