I suppose the occasion has to be marked in some way, so here goes. Firstly, thanks to everyone who makes this place so damn interesting that I have to keep coming back day in day out :clap: :clap:

Five copies of something or other (a bundle of live CDs) will be made available to the first five people to get these questions completely correct.

Here's a set list from a New Order gig.

Little Boy Death Rattle Little Dead Who Killed My Father ? Senses Only The Lonely Cramp Procession Taboo #7

Name the songs played, and
The venue at which this gig took place.
Then tell me what they played next time they appeared at this venue.
What is the connection between this first gig and Echo and the Bunnymen ?
Which New Order song did Ian McCulloch cover on his solo tour in the late 1980s ?

The first person to reply correctly (answers to erick_east@hotmail.com) will also get a special bonus of an autographed copy of Transmission.

As in the demo tape of Transmission recently recorded by Known Pleasures at Breakfast Studios in Clapham.

There might be a few missing though... as I don't recall all of them.

I have to say I had the answer to question d staring me in the face for a few minutes before the penny finally dropped. At first I was afraid it had to do with something one of the band members might have said during the '82 gig about Echo & the Playboys, until I remembered that they had covered The Doors' Soul Kitchen live!

It was a fun contest, Tim... I'm very fond of those alternative titles for the 'old' songs. As for which recording(s) you might send me... just choose a couple of tapes which you haven't got round to converting to CD-R yet, and I'll gladly do so for you!
