So this guy used to manage the NewFADS, wonder what happened to them? Used to love that band, "it's not what you know, it's who you know", great stuff.

New Fads were a great band. Shame they couldn't keep going.

I've been getting into a few of these new NY bands like Radio 4, The Faint and The Rapture and everywhere I read about them they are constantly compared to the early 80's UK post-punk scene whereas it occurred to me only yesterday they sound a lot closer in influence to the New Fads.
