Yup, through necessity, I just had to get a new mobile phone handset (bust the last one while pissed).

This one will let me program a 'tune' as a ring-tone.

Which NO/JD song should I use? First thought is 'Subculture' but I'm open to suggestions...

My suggestion is...

...Love Will Tear Us Apart,of course :D

Age Of Consent, I'd say.

I use Blue Monday since it was the only one available. I tried to progaram that keyboard part from TPK that they show in the video but I failed. Are there other NO tunes to dl for ring tones???

AT&T user.

bass intro of DNE, bass intro of AOC, synth intro of SubCulture, synth intro of FaceUp, the synth loop of TPK (the one Gillian turns up slowly), the synth loop of EGG, the synth loop of Temptation.....

The synth of This Time of Night, either the bass synth or the main melody.

Almanso - you just made it even more difficult for me with so many suggestions! Thanks everyone - I think my first attempt at programming one will have to be 'Subculture' synth intro. If that doesn't work, perhaps TPK! :thumb:

Chris, once you've worked out the technicalities of Subculture and, more importantly, the Perfect Kiss, perhaps you could see your way clear to letting the band have a copy?!

Probably the only way we'll get to see either track live again! :evil4:

*lol* yeah, that's a thought, Al.

Well, I worked out 'Subculture' but the phone doesn't have enough memory to store the whole intro :(

So, bass intro to dne is on now - piss easy - took 30 seconds

If anyone wants the Nokia note sequences for either, just let me know. I'll work out some more soon.

My Samsung uses 'She's Lost Control' whenever the missus rings - took me a while to do, got the tabs, a picture of the fretboard and used the inbuilt Melody Composer. Sounds good though.

I use LWTUA as my main ringer, AOC plays when a friend calls, true faith play when i have a message and ceremony play when I turn on my phone. :)

Frogs, Marko? Now which key is that?

The 17 minute version of Elegia would be cool, but I'd never answer my phone...

Just found the following link with SEVEN New Order ringtones:

Just listened to them and... they are all virtually unrecognisable crap... :(

Use the bass into from "Mr. Disco" or the sequencer line at the beginning of "Round and Round".
