anyone else heard it? i've got a promo copy on cd-r if anyone's interested

Yeah, I downloaded the promo from WinMX too. Only listened to the first half-hour or so though and Hooky seems to dominate the second track in but not heard anything else he's on so far (he's only on two tracks, right?).

albums out on the 15th n'est ce pas? if you fancy dishing out a copy of the promo will have a listen, but will buy it anyway i think

I've got it on pre-order at amazon, although I think the single's out already, no? Can only readily spot Hooky early on (great bassline it is though), then again at perhaps 35mins but that bit's nothing to shout about (if it is him?).

I'm out every night this week but will set a reminder to do you a copy.

Only just bought this on PROMO.No stores round here had the single!Great write up on the back of the CD.Cost me £6 and aprox 32 mins of 5 tracks.Great value for a PROMO instead of a single EDIT.On first hearing this is quite good made better for the fact HOOKY is here! Cheers ROCKET MICK

Got "Higher than a skyscraper" and "True to form" off Floyd's FTP -- the latter is a gem! Deffo gonna check out this CD!

I put those up, and I think the album is excellent, well worth buying. Word of caution though, I went back to their earlier 'Wide Angle' (Well, I actually got the repackaged 'Wider Angle'), and was deeply disappointed.

the cd has a free dvd with it. they describe how theyve got about 3hrs worth of stuff from him and how they met up at the studio etc. worth watching coz hybrid are complete stiffs and sound like radio 2 dj's :laugh:

Hybrid's record label 'Distinctive' is doing an all album CDs at £8.50, so if you're going to buy it's cheapest through them. They've also just introduced an mp3 download shop; with tracks at £1 a pop - worth it for single downloads but it works out at £11 for the album! (or £21 for Wider Angle!! go figure record company execs). Anyway Morning Sci Fi's well worth getting hold of - www.distinctiverecords.com. Yeah, the DVDs a laugh, Hooky looks like a malignant dwarf between the 2 Radio 1 DJs - I think NO are more R2 nowadays though (or R6 even).
