Can't understand it. Also, I am assuming they didn't do one for "Second Nature"- correct? It does seem a bit of a half-hearted effort, doesn't it? Not even a remix in sight.

Anyone know why "Late At night" isn't on the Electronic DVD?

You're right and especially next to Shug's effort the official DVD is a bit "bare" to say the least.
One possible reason for the exclusion of Late At Night is that it was never properly released as a single in the UK. CD1, CD2 & the 12" were all pressed up and eventually filtered out in sparse numbers but they never made it into the shops (to my knowledge).
Ironically those CDs/12" were more commonly available in Europe 
Yup, "Late At Night" wasn't officially available (in the UK at least, maybe Europe?), so that's probably why it's not on the DVD...
Together with The Other Two's "You Can Fly", Monaco's "I've Got A Feeling"/"See Saw", publicity/promotion for the solo projects sort of stalled when New Order got back together (all roughly happened around the same time)...
I am thinking of buying this Best Of mainly for the DVD. I already have Shug's 2 disc set - does the Best Of DVD improve much on the the picture and sound quality?

Yes, in that respect it's near-perfect sound and picture quality.
Yep definitely worth buying, the picture and sound quality should be great.
Has anyone else noticed the problem with the SOUND on the Promo DVD though? The sound is very 'tinny' like the songs are being played in a Hall......this happens on most of the tracks on the Promo, and to make sure I wasnae going mad, I forced Mrs Shug to watch it and she agreed.
The absence of late at night is very saddening... Why are all the fan comments being ignored? Surely it's only us who will buy it?
I'm more bothered about the absence of the live tracks from the Cities In The Park VHS, they were excellent recordings
