What if The Other Two were to release an anthology-type compilation?...

Okay, it’s not like they have much more releases than the two albums and the few singles, but since I’ve been talking to a pretty fair lot of people who claim those items are at least hard-to-find/too expensive, perhaps it could be a good idea to get LTM (please, no more London/Warners) to put out a decent and expanded re-collection of The Other Two work aimed to both collectors & newbies in a OTP V2.0 fashion… we’re allowed to dream here, no?

I started thinking of a 2CD set, but why not a 2 disc set (perhaps with a limited edition featuring a free third CD?), the first CD containing the more “appealing” material – the album tracks plus the B-side “Satisfied”, and the second disc an hybrid audio-video DVD media featuring single & rare/unreleased remixes, demos and promo videos, everything nicely remastered and packaged:

DISC 1 (CD) (Please note I’ve excluded the instrumental tracks for reasons of disc space)

If I wasn't so into NO I wouldn't own any Other Two releases... it really is subpar music... the only people that would purchase it would be the few people that are looking hard for it, which isn't that many. Not worth anyones time

They should put "Tasty Fish" and "Selfish" on the Republic bonus disc. I'm sure they won't thou.

Unless Steve and Gillian pay some indie label to put out their collection, I doubt it would ever see reality. Maybe they need a myspace page.

Great idea!

I spend 9 years to get Superhighways (the album, because I got the single), but never succeeded. Indeed I am a collector of New Order (except for 2008 ) and Electronic/Revenge/Monaco, but I think it's a shame that The Other Two didn't get the 'remaster-treatment' for their albums. It could be a nice double-disc with bonus tracks indeed.

Maybe if we ask LTM nicely?!
