So do any of you have plans for before and after the show? Anyone know if BL is going to do a New Order style aftershow?
It would be cool to meet up with some of you NOOL blokes :)

That's what I am hoping for! My buddies are from Chicago - I'll post back here later tonight for a good spot. We are planning on having dinner also - you up for that?

Berlin has been suggested as a post-concert place to hang out. I never been there but it sounds okay for the music.
well, i'll be glad to be there, the problem is that i have to be at the airport the next day at 04:00 cause i will fly to new york at 06:00 a.m. So talk to your friends and decide the bar or pub where we'll meet up.

I would be up for some cold ones before the show! I used to live in Chicago but that was 10 years ago so I am trying to recall what pubs might be nearby the Park on Armitage? Chicago is a great pub town -- I'm sure there are plenty of choices within walking distance.

Not knowing the area - here is what one of my friends said:

Parking is impossible around there. Sometimes Park West has valet for a lot of $$$. Better off taking public transport (redline, blueline) then cabbing it over to Park West.
Back in the day there was a pub called Stanley's that was on the corner of Lincoln and Armitage -- I think it's still there. I think it would be walking distance to the gig. But again I haven't lived there in 10 years -- hate to direct us to somewhere lame. BUT -- I do recall that there are a ton of pubs and bars on Lincoln Ave., so if we met at Stanleys and it was lame we could move on?
OK -- I did a little research -- Stanley's is probaby closest to the gig -- Four Farthings is a bit farther but not bad (less than 1/2 a mile). Four Farthings is probably more like a proper pub than Stanleys. My vote would be Four Farthings -- unless it's frickin freezing!! :)
