Can't see a way of permanently deleting a profile? How do I do it?

Families all good,had a scan on number 3 y/day, theyve put us back a week to the 28th Nov,instead of 21st, but alls good otherwise

I tried to contact the Webmaster twice about this and heard nothing back. I have an old profile on the site that I can't even access to delete or edit. It says the e-mail address isn't in the database when I try to log in or send a password reminder. Now it is because I created this account to try and see if I could get an answer about my other account. This is really annoying.
