For the last week or so, everytime I try and login, is comes up with wrong username/password message and I have to change it every time. Why?

For one year now I have had to go through that process everytime I log in. 
Did you steal the computer from another NOOL member and their name is still remembered by your web browser?
Have you tried deleting the web browsing history from your web browser and try again? At least it should remove the bad info.
