why?!!
this is at work - uses ie5 (not allowed to download anything so stuck with old browser) but recently every time i log in i have to reset my password. when i try again a few hours later i have to do it again!

Have you tried to delete the browser cookies?
Tools/Options/Settings/View Files (from within IE)
Delete the ones that say:
cookie:{Windows Username}@neworderonline.com cookie:{Windows Username}@www.neworderonline.com
(Where Windows Username is the name you log onto Windows with)
Delete these and try again - hopefully you'll only be asked for the password once! 
Hi, I've had the same problem over the last few days. I found that by logging onto the site using the sidebar on the left is futile, I always have to reset my password from there. I found that by logging onto the NOOL site from here works.. http://www.neworderonline.com/MemberLogon.aspx ..it's the only way I can logon without having to reset my password each time; I have saved this in my favourites.
