From Manchester to Mexico in one easy and energetic swoop as FAC 51 The Hacienda Tour makes its debut tour of the country with three dates falling on the third weekend of August.
With Hacienda owner and Joy Division / New Order bass guitar hero Peter Hook representing the club which he so supported and continues to do so today, the whistle-stop weekend flying visit begins in the country’s capital, the teeming metropolis that is Mexico City at Pasaguero on Thursday 20th August. A swift transfer later, and the following night sees Hooky in Monterrey at Aura (Friday 21st August) and the whole adventure is rounded off at Anime Bar in Guadalajara on Saurday 22nd August.
As for our Hacienda ambassadors being sent across the water, he needs little introduction introduction. New Order and Joy Division’s Peter Hook has remained at the top of the rock star game for some thirty years now and is as busily energetic as ever,and presently recording with Freebass.
