Isnt it a shame that New Order dont seem to ever appear in their videos? I think the last one was Ruined In a Day (10 years ago), when they played charades in a Thai temple!
Id like to see them in the next one. (Although maybe they think that people will just think "gawd, dont they look old now!?").
my favorite video is still TPK...so I guess I would say I miss seeing them...but I am a twat...soooooooo...

I agree on all points, but Gillian mostly makes TPK for me, so since she won't be in anymore videos anyway....
There comes are time in your life when your a muscian that you should,nt be seen in public anymore, letalone in videos.
I like the mystique of them NOT being in the videos. Then again, I didn't like it when they put their faces on the Low-Life album either!
I wish that they still appeared in videos, since we have to deal with some fake band like the Killers in place of NO or John Sims pretending to be Barney. Although, if Barney were actually in the HTS video, would he really be getting stalked by an obsessed fan with a camera?

That always cracks me up when I hear it on 316 in the interview. As someone who actually likes some heavy metal (mostly old Metallica), I find it really bizarre that people would thing NO was heavy metal. TBTHOG sounds so electronic, so unlike Metallica, that having people think NO was a heavy metal band seems absurd.
They could do a Slimfast ad, similar to the Sunkist ad, to the beat of Blue Monday.

Maybe Weight-Watchers might be better, if Barney and Hooky were to be spokesmen.
I'm not sure they should be in too many videos at this point in their careers. I'm afraid their best video was TBTHOG and they've done nothing nearly as good since
