New Order live in Victoria

New Order won't play anywhere until they get some recording done on their new album. Don't look for them to tour outside the UK until the album's out, at the very least. Besides, I doubt they'd go to little podunk Victoria on that little island when they'd just play in mainland Vancouver like they did on the last tour, even if the only thing Victoria has going for it is being very faux-Britishy in a tourist trap way.

The last time they came through was for Moby's Area 1. They played San Bernardino (podunk shithole) and some podunk shithole in Washington. No major cities. So I could see them doing Victoria. Actually would be kinda fun.

I would guess that a podunk town and a one-horse town are equivalent.

Don't forget that it's overpriced, over-kitschy (in a British sycophantic way), over-crowded with crappy gift shops, and it's on a friggin' island you have to take a ferry to.
