Tough early round for ELC. One of my favourites, but nothing like the quality of Run I'm afraid. I'd agree with Royser about the video - that's the best NO video ever in my opinion (but looking forward to seeing the Turn one in DVD glory).

Run quite comfortably... Every LIttle Counts would have been a nice instrumental track. But the cheesy lyrics confine it to the dustbin as far as I'm concerned.

Even though you're stupid I still follow you...

Lyrics so bad even Barney couldn't do it with a straight face. Love the little synth mandolin melody towards the end, and the majestic way it falls apart before the needle skip.

This is a toss-up between the song John Denver thought he'd written and a song that Lou Reed nearly wrote but only New Order could have written. Those of you who know me will know that I don't like Run, but ELC is possibly down there with the very worst piles of Julio that these guys have ever written.
