Its a tall order but Crouchy's is certainly head and shoulders above the rest... Girraffe to Peter! I like his actually Shearer's or Robbie Keane's is the worst. Word has it that O'neill is'nt big on youth academies,or young lads playing first team... Would have upset the whole structure at Boro. Southgate brings continuity,and is highly respected by all within the club.. I reffed here for 4 years (till the kids arrived & I had better things to do) - its great fun actually.

Main problem is that you soon realise that NONE of the other 22 people on the pitch (or those on the sidelines) have a CLUE about the rules of the game

Rule 1 is NOT - we should ALWAYS WIN , no matter what we do, or who we do it to.

Rule 2 is NOT - they are all a shower of wankers - every time they tackle its a foul, every time they foul it should be a red card.

Rule 3 is NOT - our forwards are always onside, their's are always offside.
