I have Crespo and Luis Gonzales. I also had Christiano Ronaldo for Protugal and it looks like he didn't play either.

I also have the Duthc keeper Van Der Sar, so maybe I'll have to root for a Dutch shutout with lots of shots blocked.

I'm glad I missed it! Sometimes these last game of the first round games really suck.

Boring match IMO as all I've seen of the final round of the 1st stage so far. Argentina played much better, anyway none of them was desperate for winning.

I'm looking forward to the playoffs! :abovelol:

Dull as f*ck because of all the rested players.

So what happened to FIFA saying they would clamp down on teams not playing their strongest eleven ??

It was a day that they could all take a rest. No games was needed yesterday. FIFA could go on and just draw all games on paper, no TV, not matches. The only exeption was 1st Half Portugal (and only Portugal, not Mexico) and the game of CIV that saved the day a little bit. Oh, there were just 15 minutes of interest, when Angola scored (60') and there were slight chances of a surpise.

All true, but today's games should make up for it, as all the teams in group E need a result, especially the USA, Czech, and Ghana, as well as everyone in group F except Brazil.
