getting in early again.

a must win game for both sides. okay a draw will do it for Australia.

goose has told the aussies to go all out.

This could be an interesting as there are four Australian born players playing for Croatia and seven Australians of Croatian ancestry playing for Australia.

In addition there are still the accusations flying around that Australia plays too physical a game.

Been trying to find an Aussie willing to swap my ticket for tonight for one for England on sunday. No luck.

Always had a soft spot for Croatia, but think the Aussies will be too strong for them on this occasion.

Wait a minute, what if Japan beat Brazil by 3 goals? OK, never mind that.

I'll root for the socceroos, they are a more exciting team than Croatia, from what I've seen.

Quality. At last the world gets to see just what a cock Graham Poll is. Hope FIFA strip him of his badge. Arrogant fuckwitt who thinks he is the star on the pitch, not the players.

Well done the Roos BTW.

Best game of the tournement so far. :thumb:

Congratulations to the BBC for again sucking up to Brazil by putting their meaningless game on BBC1 and only letting us lucky enough to have digital watch the game that sorted out the group. :nonono:

yeah. easily the best game so far. had the lot. went off big time towards the end. that mad scramble in the box was amazing. Poll's bottle went i thought. he's fucked his own world cup prospects up now & he'll be sent home.

best i've seen the Socceroos play.

glad i decided against Brazil now.

Great game - things really starting to hot up now! Aussie's played with so much spirit and effort - Cahill's work-rate was top drawer... Most enjoyable 90 minutes of the competetion so far.. Hopefully now we're getting towards knock-out stages, there'll be more like this... :thumb: Good luck to the Socceroos for the next round...

Had to laugh at the Croatian player who was spread eagled on the pitch devastated when the final whistle was blown (although he must be the only one who heard it!) He`d had 3 yellow cards-cheeky bastard!

Well done Aussies - a great spirited win when you also had the ref against you.
