I just happened to notice the Euro 2008 draws. France, Italy, and Ukraine all in the same group? How does that happen?? 
Do only the top 2 from each group qualify for the finals? If so, that should be a very interesting group. Meanwhile, Netherlands seem to get a free pass into the finals. Romania & Bulgaria seem to be their toughest competition, IMO.
Turkey & Greece in the same group? I love it when mortal enemies are in the same group!

Yep.
Top two in each of the 7 groups qualify along with the joint hosts, Austria and Switzerland.
Qualifying for the Euros is usually harder than the World Cup.

Italy will cream it in. They have afterall THE BEST divers on the continent.
