All the best Tommy and family in particular his son Darren who was a top bloke and I got to know when I was a teenager when he used to sales rep building supplies to my dad's works from time to time. Cheers!

Wouldn't last 10mins in today's game, sadly. His tackles would break most of today's 'footballers' in half. A throwback to when footballers were still men.

Yep, would only play once every four games..... the others he'd be suspended.

Hope he recovers well.

I always wanted to be Tommy Smith when I was a little kid. Not so sure I do now!
