Where are Scotland?
Scotland are currently sitting third in their European Championship Qualifying group 1 point behind World Cup holders Italy and 3 behind World Cup runners-up France after 7 games. England are sitting fourth in their group behind the footballing powerhouses of Israel, Russia and Croatia.
Despite this, even if a miracle does happen and they qualify, England will travel to the finals with their deluded supporters believing that they are something more than a third-rate international side and that this will be "their year" before getting fucked out in the Quarter Finals by Belgium.
Since when can you take FIFA's Rankings seriously? they had the U.S. at #6 going into the World Cup Last Year!

Dude, it's not I doubt Brazil's chances. But then, Ronaldo, Robert Carlos, Cafu, Adriano, Ronaldinho, and Kaka, all not part of the current Copa America Brazil team. They're totally a different team without their 6 superstars.
For Argentina, they have Juan Román Riquelme, Hernán Crespo, Javier Mascherano, and Lionel Messi.
But then, Robinho is leading all scorers with 6, so you can't still count out Brazil. Riquelme follows Robinho with 5 goals.
So I will give Argentina a slight advantage.
