You obviously missed our first game against them?! :skeptic:

Liverpool are a one-man team. If this isn't living proof, then I don't know what is.

Didnt miss the first game, and I prolly agree. Sure he will roll off the bench at half-time.

I was really praising H & W as an attacking force. The way they took apart Swansea would surely concern any fan of a higher-placed league team.

EDIT: Now if H & W were playing Derby (after seeing the half time score there), I think they would have had a very good chance in taking the long-awaited first Premiership non-league scalp.

Anyone remember the only non-league club ever to beat Liverpool in the FA Cup?

Worcester City!

Not strictly correct :nono:

Southampton were a 'non league' team when they beat Liverpool 4-1 in the 2nd Rd of the 1901/02 F.A. Cup.

and so were Norwich when they won 3-2 at Anfield in the 2nd Rd of the 1908/09 F.A. Cup.

At the very least, it was re-invented in 1992 by Rupert Murdoch to keep all the Big Clubs happy!

Before that, it was much more of a level playing field.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a tenner

heard it was 80-1 just for H & W to score first.

make of mine had a fiver on H&W too take the lead at some point, 60-1 he got.
