OK we had a few ups and downs, mainly the Bratislava and Clyde results, but the wee man has provided us with some unforgettable moments during his time as Celtic manager.
First Season:
Beating the Huns twice in two weeks. Maloney's 50 yard beauty in the league cup in a 2-0 win followed by humping them 3-0 in the league.

Hammering Motherwell 5-0 with a Petrov Hat-trick.

Beating Hearts 3-2 at Tynecastle on New Year's day to leapfrog them at the top of the league. 2 goals from McManus in the final 5 minutes of the game.

8-1 demolition of Dunfermline in February. 4 goals by Zurawski, a bicycle kick from Maloney and Lennon scoring a 20 yard screamer.

Beating the Huns 1-0 at Ibrox thanks to a wee bit of Magic.

Beating Dunfermline 3-0 in the League Cup Final.

John Hartson scoring the only goal against Hearts in a 1-0 victory which clinched the SPL title with 6 games still to go.

Second Season:
Robbed by the Mancy Bassas 3-2 at Old Trafford with goals from Jan and a classic Naka freekick. Joy compounded when Giggs decided to fall to the floor for a penalty.

Beating the Huns 2-0 with Gravesen & Miller getting debut goals against the FOD.

Beating Benfica 3-0 at home with goals from Miller and Pearson.

This time we robbed the Mancs... 1-0 at home with possibly the greatest free-kick of all-time. This win put us through to the Last 16 of the Champions League.

Beating Hearts 2-1 at home with a goal from Jarosik and a last minute OG from Craig Gordon.

Clinching the SPL title with 4 games to go at Rugby park thanks to goals from Jan and another freekick special from Naka.

Jean-Joel Perrier Doumbe scoring the only goal in the Scottish Cup Final to beat Dunfermline 1-0.

Third Season:
5-0 beating of Hearts at CP with goals from Donati, Brown, Jan and Naka (2)

Penalty shootout victory over Spartak Moscow at CP to qualify for the Champions League. Artur Boruc pulling off vital saves to secure victory.

Beating AC Milan 2-1 at home with a last minute goal by Skippy.

Beating Shakhtar 2-1 at home with an injury time winner from Donati to seal our place in the last 16 for the second season in a row.

Beating the Huns 2-1 with a 40 yard screamer from Naka and a winner from Jan 4 minutes into injury time.

Beating the Huns 3-2 with 2 goals from Skippy and a penalty from Robson....yep a penalty against the Huns!

Winning 1-0 at Tannadice on the final day of the season to secure 3 in a row.

Fourth Season:
2-0 win at home to Villarreal.

Beating the Huns 1-0 at Ibrox with a great goal from Skippy.

7-0 thrashing of St Mirren at CP which included a Naka hatrick.

A 2-0 victory after extra time over the Huns at Hampden to win the Co-operative Insurance Cup.

All the best Gordon, thanks for the memories :D
Isn't it about time we had a separate forum for all this endless intra-weegie tittle-tattle???

Lovely tapestry of the Strachan tenure there Shug.
But looking ahead, and speculating...get fucked coveting Mogger for your next manager. He's ours.We want him.Hands off.... Unless we can get Bruce Rioch.Even then, gerroff.
The best lad involved in sport today,Tony Mowbray was born to Captain, then one day manage Boro...
The prophecy is only half fullfilled...so if youz get him it's a lend,ok?![]()
Mowbray: "I believe in football as it should be played. I'd rather my team play like a bunch of useless fucking ballerinas than stay up. Stoke are only an hour up the road, but they play like they're from a different planet. HOOF. Where's that going to get you?"

Mowbray, Tony 11/8 Coyle, Owen 13/8 Bilic, Slaven 7/1 Mcghee, Mark 12/1 Levein, Craig 16/1 O'Leary, David 18/1 Keane, Roy 18/1 Curbishley, Alan 20/1 Collins, John 22/1
Latest odds on the piggery job.
Personally i'd love McGhee to get it, but I reckon it could be Bilic.
Whoever it is won't be as good as John Barnes ![]()

Plough Lane
Stoke are only a Hans Seggers goal kick up the road from West Brom.
