Hard for me to be sure, but I think if I was a Yernited fan I'd be glad to see him go. These speculative 40-yard drives are okay for the highlights, but frustrating if you're watching the whole game as they rarely go in. Each of Ronaldo's goals comes at the expense of dozens of wasted opportunities. I feel the same about the expectation that a free kick must be taken as a direct shot on goal, ignoring all other dead-ball options.

Yernited are now defined by an ultra-disciplined defence and excellent distribution from the back four. It must be frustrating to see that effort go to waste on near-hopeless shots on goal, not to mention all the effort in getting to a Champs League final just to watch such a key player choke like a schoolboy.

Most MY fans I've spoken to have simply said 'it's good business' and I agree with them. Will be interesting to see what they do with the money, and obviously whether Carlos now likes the lie of the land better. He's out of contract at the end of the month so Fergie will probably sit tight until then.

What was the question again?

Bit harsh. I thought Ronaldo was one of the few players who performed in final. Giggs and Scholls and Anderson did nothing for midfield. Back four were lead a merry dance for both goals.

I do think its good business all round though. (As long as ManU dont buy another Berbatov!:evil4: ).

Be interesting to see what Tevez does now, like you say. He was rumoured to be off.

Believe me, harsher words have been spoken about the spot-faced cheating money-grabbing trannie bastard on Yernited forums, never mind proper footie sites.

Reading it back, I can't believe I went so easy on him.

Carlos is in a unique position as far as I can see in that he's not contracted to any club from the end of the month, but will still command a massive transfer fee.

United's interest must be increased now but City have reportedly put far more wages on the table as well as the offer of less time on the bench (although this could change now Trannie's gone). I hope to see him at Eastlands, of course, but it's far from clear what will happen next.

It's not looking good for the Devon Reds. Selling the best player and top goal scorer of the last 2 seasons.

Still at least they have the quality of Nani, Wes Brown and Anderson.:uhoh:

He always wanted to go to Madrid, it was just a matter of when he went. and £80m is not bad either.
