I once sat beside a window whilst eating lunch and two seagulls started having sex right outside, one standing on the other's back. Unfortunately this was in a crowded college cafeteria so everyone turned and started pointing and laughing at the gulls, though it looked like they were all mocking me. That was a big boost for the ego.
