How do you sleep?

I always sleep naked. Even in the winter.

I sleep on my back, with my legs and arms like a X.

I had long hair before, and Sara told my that I looked like Jesus on the cross. Now i just look like Rian on a cross.

So, how do you sleep?

And when you sleep, where do you go?

in my spongebob boxers and a t-shirt...

unless it's been a night out on the town, then I just pass out in my clothes!!!

Nekkid this time of year, but in a t-shirt, pajamas, and socks during the winter--it gets cold in my room!

And yes, I sleep very well on my big pile of money, surrounded by many beautiful women and several small hills of coke.

I'm much too busy running the multi-million dollar company known as Playboy, which has its fingers in print, video, multimedia, and naked ladies :evil4:

Nah, we don't have AC so this time of year it's usually "how naked do you feel comfortable with?" I keep my socks on, usually it's either boxers or brief but not the two, and maybe a t-shirt. And I keep the fan going all night

either in a t-shirt with nothing on the bottom, or naked.

i sleep on an air mattress on my side, somewhere on the bed depending on however i end up or where the cat who sleeps with me is located; i have two pillows: one i use for my head, the other i sometimes clutch like a doll.

I don't sleep. My guilt and shame keep me awake.

Sorry, this question's way too personal. You wanna ask about masturbation, Tabbsy's sheepshagging, whatever, I'm there. But not this. :nono:

Very badly and not for long.

Painkillers have an odd effect, it's not a stimulant like caffeine or speed, but they just don't like you sleeping. When I'm on the antibiotics, they do such horrid things to my guts that with both lots of pils in me, I'm down to 3 hours sleep, 20-25 hours awake. Worst thing is, they seem to rob me of the ability to roll over and drift back if I'm woken. If I've been up for 25 hours, and been in bed for like anhour, and the dog barks....that's it, I gotta get up again.

When I can no longer stand being a waking zombie, i borrow a couple of "valium" off a mate. He seems to take them for entertainment, so I assume they are bootleg pills, however they do have the desired effect, 2 before bed and I'm garaunteed at least 6 hour of coma sleep. 2 or 3 nights of that and I can handle another coupla weeks of insomnia. I don;t want to be taking things like that all the time, with my current crappy moods, I'd be a prime target for dependence.

As for HOW? ob my side, almost my front, with a hand under my pillow. I used to think I just needed more pillows, but no, I really seem to want my hand in there. It's always out when I wake tho.

Depends on the time of year. Tonight, since it's so bloody hot, it'll be downstairs naked on the fold out couch. The rest of the time, boxers and maybe a t-shirt. No matter how late I stay out on the weekend, I'm almost always up by 7 am on Saturday and Sunday though.

South Park boxers, on my side, two pillows one for me noggin and the other clutched like a a doll. Back to Wifey.

I sleep naked, usually on my back or my right hand side. I'm pretty fit, but I have an old neck injury which means no longer than 30 minutes in any one position - deep joy.

Steve - chronic pain is a terrible thing - hope you're managing to keep it under control matey... (have you asked your GP to refer you to a pain clinic?):thumb:

Whoever falls asleep with a finger in their arse will wake up with said finger stinking.

(Chinese aphorism)

... but this is not my case :D

I lie on the side (mainly the right one).

Sometimes I have to wind my body artistically around a cat.

Steve, ever try a Xanny? Everytime I took one I woke up on the floor. O course the consumption of alcohol cannabis and mushrooms had nothing to do with it.

Xanny you say? hmmmm sounds like fun. The handy thinng about the valium is that they tend to hangover for some of the next day, which is a handy side effect cos it keeps me off my usual DefCon 1 mood for a while. As for pain, the Doc has me on tramadol (also known as zydol) which are an opoid (as opposed to an opiate, I believe opiate denotes an actual derrivation of opium whereas opoid is a synthetic equivalent), I can still feel pain, but don't much care about it. An interesting thing is that I recently had suicide inducing toothache....and at one point I I was bad with my usual problem, and had enough tramadol in me to enable me to put a finger inside an open wound and wiggle it around without feeling anything, but yet mt tooth was still screaming in agony. Mad one eh? As for Pain clinics, tramadol are just the sort of thing they prescribe, long term pills that you're really meant to take as a course rather than on demand....good job too, it takes them 2 hours to kick in. I try to not take the full amount, I have a terrible paranoia about drug dependence...although the "withdrawals" from tramadol would appear to be "being fidgety for 12 hours" (mind you, the reailty of heroine withdrawl is supposed to be a bad dose of flu). The worst thing is that my GF is a cat person, leave her anywhere warm for 5 mins and she's streaming ZZZZZZ's on broadband. You wouldn't believe the number of times I thought she'd fallen out with me only to be told she'd been sleeping for 18 hours.

I also always sleep on busses and wake up when they stop (once ended up stuck on a coach on a school trip to france for about 3 hours, cos the teach took one look at me and said, "think we better leave him here"....2 mins after they'd got off....PING...MR WIDE AWAKE.)

And I WAS that infuriating child who would NOT go to bed no matter how obviously tired and consequently cranky i was :)

Do people really want to know this???? :skeptic:

For the curious ones.. in my underwear only, and I'm rotating until I sleep... 10 mins on the site, 10 mins on the belly, 10 mins on the other side, 10 mins on the back... can't say why, it's automatic :D

So for that reason, I never used a pyjama because they always get stuck between me and the sheets and get VERY uncomfortable...

Usually I enjoy to put all the sheets between my legs, so here you go, you have the full picture :evil4:

I sleep in pyjamas during the winter and in a T-shirt during the summer, usually on my side and I like to keep one of my legs close to my chest. What I really love though is taking afternoon naps on the sofa!:thumb:

Oh Steve! Your poor sleepless head! I can't imagine how you function; I am cranky and harried even with regular 8 hour sleeps, and all day sleeping some Saturdays. I hope you find something that works for you soon.

I have returned to a single bed this year after being in big beds since I was 13. It's weird but cosy.

I only wear a layer of Olay Regenerist and a layer of Lancome Hydra Zen on my face to bed.

Ladies, shall I start a thread on favourite products? I LOVE lancome.
